Guests can now indulge in tasty and innovative seafood and Spanish-inspired cuisine served courtesy of renowned chef Chele Gonzales, of the famed “Gallery by Chele”.The in-house restaurants, Sea.Food and QTCHN serve up mouthwatering dishes such as lobster nachos (a local favorite), coconut tempura prawns, grilled Angus steak, paella, and a good selection of decadent desserts.. The menu even includes updated versions of beloved Boracay favorites such as the chori burger and calamansi muffin, so there is bound to be something to tempt your taste buds and revive those nostalgic island memories.
